Jantz: This case has been referred to Judge Jantz for discovery supervision and scheduling (including authority to set deadlines for motions for leave to amend the pleadings and dispositive motions) as well as settlement proceedings 17 . Upon review of the parties Joint Initial Status Report 15 , the Court sets the following discovery schedule: (1) Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures to be provided by 6/10/2026; (2) written discovery requests to be issued by 6/24/2026; (3) any amendment of the pleadings by 8/19/2026; and (4) Fact discovery to be completed by 3/1/2027. An expert discovery schedule will be set upon the completion of fact discovery, as necessary. The parties shall call in for a telephonic status hearing on 8/13/26 at 3:00 pm. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing.
