MINUTE ORDER Pursuant to a review of the Docket and the content of the 5/15/2024 Motion Hearing, the Court ORDERS that, on or before 5/29/2024, Plaintiff shall provide the Court with an address at which the United States Marshals Service may effectuate service on Defendant Parker 1833 LLC. If Plaintiff is unable to do so, the Court will entertain a request from Plaintiff for early discovery into such an address directed towards the Defendants who have appeared. Upon receipt of such an address, the Court will order that the United States Marshals Service effectuate service at the address provided.
