The Court adopts plaintiff's proposed schedule and modifies the dispositive motion deadline. Dispositive motions are due by June 1, 2027. The case is on the running trial list for September 2027. Parties have until 9/23/2026 to file a joint amended proposed scheduling order. The case will be referred to mediation for February 2027. Defendants filed a motion for judgment on pleadings yesterday and hears counsel briefly on the matter. The Court will set a hearing for oral argument once the motion is fully briefed.
