ENDORSED ORDER granting Joby's sealed unopposed motion to file under seal the amended final deposition designations. (Doc. # 533). The right of public access "may be overcome by a showing of good cause." Romero v. Drummond Co., 480 F.3d 1234, 1245 (11th Cir. 2007); see also Chicago Trib. Co. v. Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc., 263 F.3d 1304, 1312 (11th Cir. 2001) ("The common-law right of access standard as it applies to particular documents requires the court to balance the competing interests of the parties."). Joby established good cause for the limited sealing of the deposition exhibit because it contains confidential and proprietary information. It must file the deposition exhibit under seal as a separate docket entry. The Court orders that this item remain sealed until 90 days after the case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. To maximize public access, Joby must also file on the public docket a redacted version of the deposition exhibit, which redacts the confidential and trade secret information, within 7 days.
