Order
ORAL ORDER: The parties' stipulation and request to amend the scheduling order (D.I. 47 ) is rejected. The record before the Court does not demonstrate good cause to amend the scheduling order, see Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 16(b)(4); indeed, the docket suggests little discovery activity. Further, the Court cannot accommodate a trial after June 2025 until at least October 2025 (which, by that time, would make this relatively straightforward case more than four years old). The parties are encouraged to consent in this case, and in related case No. 23-1269, to the jurisdiction of U.S. Magistrate Judge Fallon, who has availability to accommodate the parties' request for a trial in or around June 2025. Ordered by Judge Jennifer L. Hall on 5/13/2024. (ceg)
