Case Management Conference
Minutes & Order Case Management Conference held on 6/15/2026. the parties are directed to confer on a deadline for expert reports and depositions and get back to the Court no later than 5:00pm on June 29, 2026, with their decision. The deadline must be within the overall discovery deadline of April 1, 2027. The Court scheduled a zoom status conference for November 4, 2026, at 10:00am. A joint status report is due by 12:00pm on November 2, 2026. The report should contain an update on what has been learned in discovery, as well as an update on the latest settlement demand and offer. Any confidential information may be emailed directly to Law Clerk Carrie Roush (carrie_roush@ohnd.uscourts.gov). Both counsel and clients are expected to attend.
