No. 85 filed by Defendants Kantar LLC, The Kantar Group Limited, and Kantar China Limited ("Defendants") requesting to seal portions of the July 20, 2026 conference transcript (Dkt. No. 79 (the "Transcript")) along with Defendants' proposed redacted transcript (Dkt. No. 87 at 4-48). (Dkt. Nos. 85; 87 (the "Sealing Request")). Defendants state that the Transcript "contains sensitive and confidential information that goes beyond standard personal data identifiers automatically protected under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a). Specifically, the [T]ranscript contains discussions regarding and describing two of Defendants' confidential agreements that contain highly sensitive and proprietary business information concerning Defendants' internal intellectual property processes." (Dkt. No. 86 at 1). Given that "documents containing proprietary information and sensitive business information are routinely sealed in this [D]istrict[,]" Spectrum Dynamics Med. Ltd. v. GEHealthcare Techs., Inc., No. 18 Civ. 11386 (VSB) (KHP), 2026 WL 931622, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. Apr. 6, 2026), the Court APPROVES Defendants' proposed redactions to the Transcript (Dkt. No. 87 at 4-48), and GRANTS the Sealing Request. The Transcript at Dkt. No. 79 shall be placed under seal. The transcriber is respectfully directed to apply Defendants' redactions (Dkt. No. 87 at 4-48) to the Transcript and docket the redacted version as the publicly-viewable Transcript. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to: 1) Seal the Transcript at Dkt.
