ORDER granting 94 Letter Motion to Seal. The Court is in receipt of the letter at Dkt. No. 94 filed by Defendants Kantar LLC, The Kantar Group Limited, and Kantar China Limited ("KCN") (together, Defendants) requesting to file under sea l and in redacted form the reply in further support of KCN's motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 96 (the "Reply")) because it quotes, summarizes, and discusses information that this Court has already sealed (the "Confidential Informat ion"); and to seal the entirety of Exhibits A and B to the Declaration of George Scott (Dkt. Nos. 96-1; 96-2 (the "Exhibits")) because they are "confidential organizational charts produced by Defendants in this case that contain Defendants' Outside Counsel's Eyes Only confidential information. (Dkt. No. 94 (the "Sealing Request")). Given that the Court has already sealed the Confidential Information contained in the Reply, (see Dkt. Nos. 74; 88; 92), the Exhibits are "confidential organizational charts[,]" and "documents containing proprietary information and sensitive business information are routinely sealed in this [D]istrict[,]" Spectrum Dynamics Med. Ltd. v. GE Healthc are Techs., Inc., No. 18 Civ. 11386 (VSB) (KHP), 2026 WL 931622, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. Apr. 6, 2026), the Sealing Request is GRANTED. The sealed version of the Reply (Dkt. No. 95) and the Exhibits (Dkt. Nos. 95-1; 95-2) shall remain under seal. Defendan ts have already filed a publicly-viewable version of the Reply (Dkt. No. 96) with the Confidential Information redacted. By October 5, 2026, Defendants' counsel shall email courtesy copies of the unredacted version of the Reply and the unsealed versions of the Exhibits to Chambers at cave_nysdchambers@nysd.uscourts.gov.
