(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The Court has reviewed Plaintiffs' ex parte application for a limited modification of the case management order (CMO) and Defendant's response thereto. Dkt. Nos. 281, 284. In light of the circumstances described under seal, the Court intends to modify the CMO to permit the deposition of Dan Frayssinet, to which both parties agree. Although the parties have not reached full agreement on all particulars, it appears that they are continuing to confer in good faith about the timing and length of the deposition and related details, and the Court expects them to continue that cooperation and to reach a reasonable agreement. Accordingly, the parties shall meet and confer further and no later than July 21 shall jointly file an agreed proposed order granting the ex parte application.
