OPINION & ORDER: Based on the Court's rulings above, Plaintiffs shall incorporate the Court's guidance as to the scope of discovery to revise their proposed search terms to Defendants (Dkt. No. 336-2), and by September 4, 2026, Plaintif fs shall provide to Defendants a revised set of proposed search terms. Similarly, Defendants shall incorporate the Courts guidance as to the scope of discovery from Mr. Flores and by September 4, 2026, provide Plaintiffs' counsel with a set of p roposed search terms for the search of Mr. Flores' documents and ESI.
