Order on Motion to Redact Transcript
ORAL ORDER: Although this case is closed, there is still a pending motion—Plaintiff's unopposed motion to redact portions of the transcript from an April 25, 2025 hearing ("Motion"), (D.I. 559 )—that the Court must resolve. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, hereby ORDERS that it is GRANTED. The Motion, along with an accompanying declaration, sufficiently explains the bases for redactions at issue and why the categories of redacted material are in line with relevant caselaw. (Id.) Therefore, any and all publicly-available copies of the transcript, including but not limited to copies that are or will be available by remote electronic access, shall be redacted as delineated in Exhibit B of the Motion.
