The case was called, and the Court reviewed the status of discovery with the parties. The parties reported that discovery remains ongoing. The parties further informed the Court that they may be interested in pursuing mediation. The Court advised the parties that, if they wish to pursue a referral to mediation, they must file a joint motion requesting such a referral. The parties may also file a joint motion seeking a stay of discovery to allow for continued settlement discussions. The Court sets further status conferences. The Court notes that this is the parties' third request for an extension of time. Going forward the parties must correctly indicate whether it is the first, second, third, etc. requested extension. Nonetheless the Courts GRANTS the parties' stipulation.
