ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum, defendant Leviton Manufacturing Co.'s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 30 ) is hereby GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED with respect to the plaintiff's claims of race discrimination and hostile work environment, and those claims are DISMISSED. The motion is DENIED with respect to the plaintiff's retaliation claims under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. This case remains set for trial on October 6, 2026.
