Minutes of proceedings [non-document] Settlement Conference held on August 21, 2026 before Magistrate Judge Darrell A. Clay. Defendants Liberty Federal Credit Union and Deserea Osborn appeared through their authorized representatives Aleta Hutson, Kristen Koewler-Campbell, and Jodi Lasse and were represented by their attorneys Phillip Litchfield and Victor Manolache. Extensive discussions were had with the parties and counsel regarding a potential resolution of the case, but those discussions did not produce a final agreement. Counsel are directed to contact Judge Zouhary's chambers promptly to provide a status update and discuss next steps. The referral from Judge Zouhary is not terminated.
