ORDER denying 19 APPLICATION for Clerk's Entry of Default as to Eastern Bank, LoanCare, LLC. The court's Order of August 17, 2026 (Doc. 18) granted Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer. The wording of the Order appears to have caused confusion with Plaintiff. In granting Defendants' motion, the court found good cause to support an extension of time for Defendants to file their answers no later than September 6, 2026. Plaintiff's Application for Clerk's Entry of Default Judgment as to Defendants Eastern Bank and Loancare, LLC is based on his understanding that the court only gave Defendants until August 20, 2026 to file an answer. This was not the intention of the Order. Because Defendants' have until September 6, 2026 to file an answer, Plaintiff's Application for Clerk's Entry of Default Judgment is denied.
