ORDER: Plaintiff is DIRECTED to email defense counsel BY NO LATER THAN 5 PM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026 with an example of the chat records he alleges exist as well as an example of the driver inspection report he discussed during the discovery conference. Defendant is then ordered to search its records to determine if any responsive documents exist that are similar to those examples and produce such responsive documents by AUGUST 31, 2026. Defendant is ORDERED to provide the employment status and last known address, if not a current employee, of the 14 individuals identified in Plaintiff's August 7 request for supplementation by NO LATER THAN AUGUST 24, 2026. Defendant is also ORDERED by NO LATER THAN AUGUST 24, 2026 to file on the docket all correspondence between the parties to which the Court has been included to preserve the record in this case. Further, Defendant is ORDERED to email Plaintiff the transcript from Plaintiff's deposition by NO LATER THAN AUGUST 17, 2026. Defendant is also ORDERED to file Plaintiff's deposition transcript on the docket by the same date. Defendant is further DIRECTED to look for any outstanding payroll records relating to Plaintiff and to produce any such records, if they exist, by NO LATER THAN AUGUST 31, 2026.
