(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: On January 26, 2026, the Court granted Defendant's unopposed Motion to Compel Arbitration and stayed this action pending arbitration. (Dkt. 19 ). The Court further ordered Plaintiff to "file a status report no later than June 25, 2026, and every 150 days thereafter, unless otherwise ordered by the Court." Id. Plaintiff was expressly warned that failure to comply with the Court's Order may result in sanctions, including dismissal for failure to prosecute and/or comply with Court orders. Id. To date, Plaintiff has not filed a status report. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order, why Plaintiff should not be sanctioned in the amount of $500 for failing to comply with the Court's Order. Plaintiff is explicitly warned that failure to file a timely response may result in additional sanctions including dismissal for failure to prosecute and/or comply with Court orders. See Fed. R. Civ.
