MINUTE entry before the Honorable Mary M. Rowland: Defendants' Motion in Limine No. 6 ( 848 at 9) is denied without prejudice. Defendants ask the Court to bar all parties from introducing, displaying, referencing, or eliciting testimony concerning press releases, news articles, social media posts, and other public commentary concerning this litigation, the allegations asserted by Plaintiffs, or public reactions to those allegations. Neither Defendants nor Plaintiffs point to any specific exhibits or testimony within the scope of this motion, in the abstract or on either party's exhibit list. While the Court agrees with Defendants' motion in principle, it cannot issue an advisory order. To the extent any such evidence or testimony is submitted at trial, the Court will address any arguments regarding their admissibility at that juncture. Mailed notice. (jg, ) (Entered: 09/08/2026)
