IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Peabody shall file a Response to Mid- Continent's Motion for Summary Judgment no later than October 19, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mid-Continent shall file a Reply in support of its Motion for Summary Judgment no later than October 29, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mid-Continent and Apex shall file a Response to Peabody's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment no later than September 23, 2026.
