MINUTE ORDER (paperless) GRANTING defendants' 969 Joint Motion for Order Regarding Protective Order Governing MDL I, MDL II, and Oxbow; and DIRECTING that for the purposes of the cross-case summary judgment and expert-related briefing, the Parties are permitted to share and use materials relevant to that briefing pursuant to the terms of the MDL II Protective Order at ECF No. 247, entered by this Court on June 10, 2020. The Parties shall serve all cross-case summary judgment and expert-related briefing filed pursuant to the Scheduling Order dated April 26, 2024 at MDL I ECF No. 1148, MDL II ECF No. 967, and Oxbow ECF No. 293, on all Parties to MDL I, MDL II, and Oxbow, pursuant to the terms of the MDL II Protective Order. To the extent that the MDL I Protective Order (ECF No. 898 (Dec. 4, 2019)) or Oxbow Protective Order (Oxbow, ECF No. 142 (June 21, 2018)) is inconsistent with the MDL II Protective Order, the MDL II Protective Order will supersede the terms of the MDL I and Oxbow Protective Orders for the purposes of the MDL I, MDL II, and Oxbow cross-case briefing and related materials.
