Judge Mark G. Mastroianni: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered denying without prejudice 42 First MOTION to Vacate ORDER FOR EVIDENTIARY HEARING by Auron-Caelum: Stark. Furthermore, to maintain the status quo, the Temporary Restraining Order (Dkt. No. 36) will extend to August 6, 2026, unless further extended and/or modified by Judge Morgan during the August 6, 2026, preliminary injunction hearing. In his motion, Plaintiff seeks a cancellation of the preliminary injunction hearing and, instead, to engage in expedited discovery. No Defendant has been formally served, and no responsive pleadings have been filed. Further, any motions for expedited discovery can be addressed at the discretion of Judge Morgan during the August 6, 2026, hearing. Plaintiff's motion is denied, and the evidentiary hearing, scheduled before Judge Morgan, will proceed as planned. Upon conducting this hearing, Judge Morgan can modify scheduling as deemed appropriate. (TRL)
