TEXT ORDER: "[F]or many years, [the Supreme] Court has repeatedly emphasized... federal courts ordinarily should not alter state election rules in the period close to an election." Andino v. Middleton, 141 S.Ct. 9, 10 (2020) (Kavanaugh, J., concurring) (citing Purcell v. Gonzalez, 549 U.S. 1(2006). Therefore, not later than July 9, 2026, the parties shall confer, draft, and file a joint reply to this Order concerning the applicability of Purcell to this matter. IT IS SO ORDERED.
