Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: (1) the trial, which was scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026, is hereby REMOVED from the Court's calendar; (2) Defendants' Motions in Limine (ECF Nos. 94 , 95 , 96 , 97 , 98 , 99 , 100 , 101 , 102 , and 104 ) are terminated as moot; and, (3) by October 16, 2026, the Parties shall file either (a) a stipulation of dismissal, or (b) a status report apprising the Court of the procedural posture of the settlement.
