Order
TEXT ORDER: The Court construes the Defendants' May 2nd letter (ECF No. 116 ) as a challenge to the Court's determination to permit an amicus brief to be filed here. The Court has considered the challenge on a de novo basis. The challenge is denied. Although the Defendants have written a good deal on why the amicus brief should not be accepted, they seem to seek an opportunity to say more. They may do so, should they wish to. So Ordered by Judge Michael E. Farbiarz on 5/3/2024. (ro, )
