Order on Motion to Amend/Correct
ORDER granting 95 Joint Motion to Amend/Correct. Finding good cause to "permit staggered, rather than simultaneous" summary judgment filings, the Scheduling Order initially entered by the undersigned on January 15, 2024 (see Doc. No. 86) is hereby amended as follows:
- On or before April 26, 2024, the plaintiffs shall file their motion for summary judgment;
- On or before May 24, 2024, the defendants shall file their opposition to the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment, as well as their separate cross motion for summary judgment;
- On or before June 21, 2024, the plaintiffs shall file their opposition to the defendants' cross motion for summary judgment, as well as any reply in further support of their motion for summary judgment; and
- On or before July 8, 2024, the defendants shall file any reply in further support of their cross motion for summary judgment.It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Robert M. Spector on March 27, 2024. (Spears, A)
