TEXT ORDER-- In view of the developments reported by SEC Counsel in its August 18, 2026 letter (ECF No. 102 ), this case shall remain STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED without prejudice to reactivate at the conclusion of the stay. SEC Counsel is directed to file a status report concerning the progress of the continuing settlement negotiations with all remaining Defendants by October 26, 2026. In that status report, SEC Counsel shall set forth "its efforts to obtain the relevant materials" from Defendant Salzano's criminal case with specifics. SEC Counsel shall serve a copy of this Order upon all remaining Defendants and then file proof of service by August 27, 2026. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 8/21/2026. (JB)
