IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the magistrate judge's report and recommendation [ECF No. 21 ] is accepted and adopted in it s entirety. This case is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff's motions for preliminary injunction [ECF Nos. 7 , 8 ], motion to dismiss [ECF No. 17 ], motion for extension of time [ECF No. 25 ], and amended motion for sanct ions [ECF No. 26 ] are denied as moot.
The Clerk of Court is kindly directed to enter judgment accordingly and close this case.

ORDER OF REMAND --The Court has considered the issues presented in this case and rendered its decision. For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion and Order granting remand issued contemporaneously with this order, the Court REMANDS this case to the 22nd Judicial District Court, Comal County, Texas, Cause No. T-11246A. Because Defendants purport to remove five other cases (Cause No. T-11465A in the 22nd Judicial District Court, Comal County; Cause Nos. C20250636E, C2026-0193E, and C2026-0729E in the 466th Judicial District Court, Comal County; and Case No. 90316598 in the Harris County Court), the Court further directs the Clerk of Court to remand this case to those courts for those cause numbers to the extent necessary. The Clerk of Court shall effect all necessary remands in accordance with the usual procedure of the Court consistent with 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
