MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the 330 Motion for Leave to File and Serve Second Amended Third-Party Complaint ("Motion"), filed by NLI Holdings, Inc. and NL Environmental Management Services (together, "NL"). This District's Local Rules and this Court's Civil Practice Standards require that all filings be double spaced. D.C.COLO.LCivR 10.1(e); NYW Civ. Practice Standard 10.1(a). This Court's Civil Practice Standards also prescribe a 15-page limit for motions, absent leave of court. NYW Civ. Practice Standard 10.1(c)(1), (5). Upon review, NL's 330 Motion does not appear to use double spacing, and it appears that the document would exceed the page limit if properly spaced. No later than June 25, 2026, NL's counsel shall either (1) submit a Word version of the 330 Motion via email and file a certification, as an officer of the Court, that the Motion is double spaced, or (2) withdraw the 330 Motion and, if NL wishes, refile a version that complies with this Court's Civil Practice Standards.
