STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING SCHEDULING AND CASE CAPTION: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, and respectfully requested, by and among the undersigned counsel for the respective Parties, subject to approval of the Court, that: 1. Lead Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint to serve as the operative complaint in this Action by October 23, 2026; 2. Defendants' reply in support of their motion to dismiss the amended complaint, if any, shall be filed by March 29, 2027; and 5. The case caption shall be amended to replace "Stephan Garlesky" with "Roofers Local No. 149 Pension Fund and West Palm Beach Firefighters' Pension Fund," reflecting the appointment of Lead Plaintiff in this action. SO ORDERED.
