The Court DENIES Dkt. No. 360 as MOOT. To address the deficiencies of Nvidias Rule 30(b)(6) deposition, Plaintiffs have added categories to a new Rule 30(b)(6) deposition notice. Plaintiffs have may an additional two hours in taking that Rule 30(b)(6) deposition.
The Court ORDERS Plaintiffs to provide, by September 8, 2026, the locations in Nvidias production where they have found their infringed works. Plaintiffs are not required to explain how they found these locations, though.
The Court DENIES Plaintiffs request for a deadline for Nvidias response to Plaintiffs request for the text version of tokenized data. However, Nvidia should be prepared to discuss this issue at the next monthly status meeting.
In the future, the parties should submit in the monthly status report only issues which are ripe for resolution. The parties are limited to two pages each to describe those, and the Court may request additional briefing after the initial discussion.
