MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: After considering Law Firm Defendants Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, the Court finds it necessary to set an evidentiary hearing regarding the issue of Plaintiff Gregory Langadinoss employment. Accordingly, the Court SETS an evidentiaryhearing for SEPTEMBER 8, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. PDT, via Zoom. At a minimum, the Court expects to hear the testimony of Langadinos, nonparty Yalitza Munoz, and Defendants James Neyman and Richard Grossack, regarding Langadinoss employment. If the parties intend on using documentary evidence at the hearing, the parties shall file their marked evidence no later than SEPTEMBER 2, 2026. Defendants Old Republic International Corp. and Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association Insurance Company may, but are not required to, attend. (SEE DOCUMENT FOR ZOOM INFORMATION ). (lc)
