ORDER DISMISSING ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE 51 by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha 51 : On March 31, 2026, the court disqualified Plaintiff Mark Macias' counsel from continuing to represent Plaintiff, and ordered Plaintiff to file a notice of appearance of new counsel, or of his intent to continue litigating the action in pro se, by May 15, 2025. Dkt. 51 at 3. The court further warned Plaintiff that failure to file either notice timely shall result in the dismissal of the action without prejudice. Id. Plaintiff has not filed a notice of appearance of new counsel or of his intent to continue litigating the action in pro se as of the date of this Order. Accordingly, the court DISMISSES this action without prejudice for lack of prosecution. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)
