CONSENT ORDER that Upon the closing of the Silverthorne Property sale, scheduled for June 30, 2026, Land Title Guarantee Company, acting as the closing and escrow agent, is authorized and directed to wire $550,436.98 from the closing escrow account into the Court Registry. The remaining net proceeds, $89,744.07, shall be disbursed by Land Title Guarantee Company directly to Relief Defendant Diana L. Mancini. Effective immediately upon the closing of the Silverthorne Property sale, scheduled for June 30, 2026, the Silverthorne Property--legally described as LOT 10A BLOCK 1 EAGLES NEST SUB #2 PHASE 1, COUNTY OF SUMMIT, STATE OF COLORADO--is released from the Preliminary Injunction, Asset Freeze, and Other Relief Order entered on August 2, 2021 [Dkt. No. 20], and the Notice of Lis Pendens recorded on August 12, 2021 at Reception No. 1267099 in the Summit County, Colorado, real property records is vacated and discharged of record so that title may pass free and clear of this litigation.
