The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the Motion for Protective Order toStrike Defendants' Rule 30(b)(6) (Doc. No. 26 ) as follows. The parties agree that the 30(b)(6) deposition topics shall consist of the following: (1) The sale of assets held by or for the benefit of Borrowers, and the application of sale proceeds to the alleged indebtedness under the Loan (No. 4 under Receivership category, Doc. No. 26 -1) and (2) Internal accounting associated with the alleged loss in relation to the Guarantee (No. 4 under New York Collection Action category, Doc. No. 26 -1). The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the Motion for Protective Order (Doc. No. 28 ) as follows. The parties agree that the depositions of Defendants Vijay K. Dhawan and Jothishmathy A.
