MINUTES IN CHAMBERS - ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' APPLICATION TO REOPEN CASE AND GRANTING LEAVE TO FILE SEVENTH AMENDED COMPLAINT by Judge George H Wu. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Application. The Court ORDERS that: 1. This action is reopened for the limited purpose of permitting the settlement-related proceedings described in the Application; 2. Plaintiffs have leave to file the proposed Seventh Amended Complaint, see Docket No. 1550-1, Ex. 1, which adds eleven defendants solely for the purpose of seeking good faith settlement determinations; 3. Plaintiffs shall have seven days from the date of this Order to file the proposed Seventh Amended Complaint; 4. This action is hereby stayed except to permit the filing and adjudication of the anticipated omnibus motion for good faith settlement determination involving the additional settling defendants.
