MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Respondent's Motion to Transfer Case 11 and Petitioners' Response 12 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. In subpoena enforcement matters, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45 empowers the court where compliance with the subpoena is required to transfer the matter to the court that issued the subpoena either upon the consent of the entity subject to the subpoena or upon a finding of exceptional circumstances. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(f). Here, the entity subject to the subpoena consents to transfer to the issuing court. See ECF No. 11.
