Plaintiff's request for an adjournment of the return date for the Motion for Leave to Intervene at Dkt. No. 19 is GRANTED to October 19, 2026. No later than September 25, 2026, counsel for the parties, as well as proposed intervenor PeopleReady, Inc., shall meet and confer virtually or in-person regarding Plaintiff United Financial Casualty Company's proposed amended complaint and revisions to the scheduling order. Dkt. No. 21 . By October 2, 2026, the parties, as well as proposed intervenor PeopleReady, Inc., shall file one joint letter advising the Court as to whether they consent to the filing of United Financial Casualty Company's amended complaint as well as the proposed revisions to the scheduling order (Dkt.
