The hearing on the motion for preliminary injunction is advanced to 8/3/2026 at 10:00 a.m. Opposition to the motion, if any, SHALL be filed no late than 7/24/2026. The optional reply SHALL be filed, if at all, not later than 7/28/2026. In their opposing papers, counsel for the defendants-in-intervention SHALL indicate whether they are requesting a hearing and, if so, their time estimate and whether they intend to offer witnesses. If a hearing is sought and no witnesses will be offered, they SHALL also indicate whether they are requesting that the hearing proceed via videoconference signed by District Judge Jennifer L.
