The Court therefore requests that the parties confer and submit, by October 1, 2026, a joint letter addressing: (i) whether the case will be tried to a jury or to the Court; (ii) the issues and claims that remain for resolution at trial; (iii) each party's estimate of the time required to present its case; and (iv) the anticipated number of witnesses each party intends to call. The parties should also identify any other issues they believe should be addressed at, or in advance of, the Rule 16 conference.
