MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeannice W. Appenteng: For the reasons stated therein, plaintiff's motion for leave to file reply in support of plaintiff's motion for entry of a confidentiality order 69 is granted. Plaintiff shall file its reply, limited to five pages, double-spaced, by 6/5/2024. The Court has reviewed the parties' 5/24/2024 joint status report 68 . The parties indicate that they have several discovery disputes that may require the Court's attention. The parties shall meet and confer and are strongly encouraged to reconsider their positions. The Court will resolve any remaining disputes at a status hearing on 6/14/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Prior to the hearing and by 6/12/2024, the parties shall file a joint status report outlining all remaining disputed discovery requests in chart form, with each row containing the disputed discovery request (or a description thereof), plaintiff's position, and defendants' position. Also, during the 6/14/2024 hearing, the Court will hear argument or rule on plaintiff's motion for entry of a confidentiality order and set a fact discovery deadline.
