MINUTE ORDER. As discussed on the record at today's motion hearing, the Court ORDERS the parties to file supplemental briefs within three weeks of a decision in Trump v. Slaughter, No. 25-332 (U.S.). The parties' briefs should address Slaughter and Nat'l Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Ass'n v. Black, No. 23-10520 (5th Cir. June 11, 2026), and should not exceed seven double-spaced pages. The Court further ORDERS the parties to submit a joint status report on or before July 13, 2026, updating the Court on the parties' plans regarding settlement negotiations. Signed by Judge Ana C.
