District Judge Julia E. Kobick: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered.For the reasons outlined in the plaintiffs' motion and supporting memorandum, the motion to stay all proceedings pending a ruling on the MDL transfer motion, ECF 27 , is GRANTED. A stay of this action will promote judicial economy and will not meaningfully prejudice the defendants, particularly where the MDL transfer motion is fully briefed and ripe for adjudication. This matter will, accordingly, be stayed pending the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation's forthcoming ruling on whether to transfer this action to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as part of the In re Retailer Tariff Litigation, MDL No. 3202.
