MINUTE ORDER (In Chambers): by Judge Wesley L. Hsu. On July 22, 2024, the Court postponed ruling on Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis ("Request") because it was incomplete. (Docket Nos. 2 , 14 ). The Court directed Plaintiff to refile a fully completed Request or pay the filing fee, and it warned that if she did not comply within 30 days the case would be dismissed without prejudice. (Docket No. 14 ). Also within 30 days-because the complaint raised a challenge under the False Claims Act-the Court directed counsel to appear on behalf of Plaintiff. (Id.). To date, Plaintiff has not responded to the Court's Order, and counsel has not appeared. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lom)
