ORDER granting 152 Joint MOTION to Stay Deadlines Pending Alternative Dispute Resolution by RANGE RESOURCES - APPALACHIA, LLC. All current deadlines in this matter, including Plaintiffs' deadline to provide notice of the Court's February 26, 2026 Memorandum Order to exclude class members, are stayed pending completion of mediation or further order of Court. The telephone status conference currently scheduled for July 16, 2026, is continued pending completion of mediation. Within (14) days of this Order, the parties shall file an ADR Stipulation that includes, among other requirements, the identity of the mediator and the date of the mediation. The ADR process shall take place no later than (60) days from the filing of the ADR Stipulation. No later than (7) days after the mediation, the parties shall file a joint status report that provides an update regarding the results of the mediation. Signed by Magistrate Judge Patricia L.
