It is RECOMMENDED that: 1) the motion to dismiss, Dkt. 11 , be GRANTED; 2) Green's claims against Cushman & Wakefield be DISMISSED; 3) within 14 days of the docketing of a memorandum adopting this report, if any, Green be permitted to file an amended complaint correcting the deficiencies identified in this report, to the extent those deficiencies can be corrected; and 4) if Green does not file an amended complaint, her claims against Cushman & Wakefield be dismissed with prejudice.
