The Court addresses the parties regarding the reason for today's hearing. The Court notes that an Early Neutral Evaluation was previously scheduled in this case for April 27, 2026, and was vacated for the reasons stated at the telephonic status conference held on April 27, 2026 (ECF No. 31 ).
