On August 28, 2026, the Receiver filed an emergency motion seeking an order authorizing an investigation into the scope of, and enjoining, alleged inappropriate communications between receivership defendants and J&J Investors. ECF No. 993 . Having reviewed the motion, I find it warrants emergency consideration. Accordingly, the parties must appear for a hearing on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in LV Courtroom 6B to discuss the motion and its requested relief.
