Further, the use of a speakerphone affects the quality of the sound on the Court's conference system. Therefore, counsel is directed to refrain from the use of a speakerphone during this conference.
Additionally, the Court hereby extends the deadline for the filing of Dispositive Motions, as well as the deadline for the filing of any Motion for Sanctions, to 7/20/2026. Any request to extend these deadlines further may be done so orally at the Discovery Conference.
