ORDER granting 65 Motion for Extension of Time. The plaintiff has requested an extension of time to serve the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. The plaintiff also seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis, but she has not submitted the required forms to do so. See ECF No. 2. The forms that the plaintiff must complete to proceed in forma pauperis are attached to this Order. The time for the plaintiff to request leave to proceed in forma pauperis is extended to August 27, 2026. The time to serve the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance is stayed pending the resolution of the request to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk is requested to close ECF No. 65.
