Re: 26 Motion to Vacate and Continue Settlement Conference.
Given the parties' briefing, the Court finds vacating and continuing the settlement conference to be consistent with the objectives of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 1. So, the Court GRANTS Defendants' motion and VACATES the June 26, 2026, settlement conference. The settlement conference is RESCHEDULED for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM in LV Courtroom 3B. Other than the dates, the provisions of the order setting settlement conference (ECF No. 23 ) will remain active. The parties' settlement conference briefs are due by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026.
