For the aforementioned reasons, the motion to consolidate is GRANTED. All future filings in this case shall be filed in the 25 Civ. 10565 case and bear the same caption as that case number, absent order of the Court. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close the 24 Civ. 7972 case and terminate any pending motions in that case. Quantums motion for appointment as lead plaintiff is DENIED, and Paul J. Durkacz is appointed as lead plaintiff. Approval of lead counsel is GRANTED in part. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion, Doc. 32 in the 25 Civ. 10565 case.
